The Academy is an OohEnergy product, published by OOHENERGY PTY LTD. Its teaching exercises and learning routes are separate from the external publications it references.

Named independent reviewer sign-offs are not yet published. A source-check date records an evidence check, not endorsement by the source organisation or a whole-course expert approval.

Our editorial standard

1. Start with the right authority. Prefer Australian market bodies, regulators, governments and original technical documentation. Identify international references when used for general engineering.
2. Record the status. Separate proposals, drafts, final rules, commencement and transition arrangements. Keep jurisdiction and document version alongside the claim.
3. Show the calculation. Label invented inputs, define boundaries and preserve reproducible working. Historical context does not turn a teaching dataset into observed market data.
4. Keep review accountable. Time-sensitive briefings carry source metadata and a recheck window. An amber label means rechecking is due, not that the statement has been disproved. Automated source checks are not independent subject-matter sign-off.

What you can use today

The public beta includes all lessons and cases at no charge. Quiz progress is saved on the current browser; account-based cross-device progress, submitted portfolios and tutor marking are not yet available.

Future professional routes and team pilots are being explored. Prices, marking services and availability have not been committed; the beta does not enrol you in a paid subscription.

Learning status

This is independent, self-paced industry education, not a nationally recognised qualification, electrical licence or independently assessed professional certification. No Engineers Australia approval or automatic CPD acceptance is claimed. Keep your own learning record and check any applicable professional-body requirements.

Worked examples support learning, not operational, legal or investment decisions without competent review. Context-specific cautions remain beside examples where misuse would materially change the conclusion.
