How it works
Reports go to the Academy’s private feedback inbox. After submitting, save your private link to check the status and any response. No email is sent and no response time is guaranteed.
For a privacy request, describe what you want corrected or reviewed without uploading identity documents. A submission does not by itself verify your identity or authorise account changes.
For accessibility feedback, tell us which page or control is difficult to use. You do not need to disclose a disability or medical information.
