Terms of use
Public test edition · Updated 18 October 2026
Australia Energy Academy is provided by OOHENERGY PTY LTD, ABN 68 647 867 776.
Learning with the academy
The platform provides self-paced educational material, worked examples and practice assessments about the Australian energy industry. During the public test, course access is free and payments are disabled. These are website-use terms, not purchase or subscription terms.
What the course does—and does not—provide
The course is independent education, not a nationally recognised qualification, professional licence or accredited certification. Completing a quiz does not verify workplace competence or guarantee employment. Examples are teaching material, not engineering, legal, financial or operational advice for a live decision.
Check the date, jurisdiction and current primary source before using information at work. Obtain appropriate professional review for safety-critical, regulatory or investment decisions. Content and links may change as the test edition develops.
Using the material responsibly
You may use the lessons and downloadable exercises for your own learning. Keep source acknowledgements with any permitted extracts. Third-party publications, videos, logos and images remain subject to their owners’ rights and terms; linking to them does not grant permission to redistribute them.
Do not upload confidential workplace information, interfere with the service, or try to access another person’s notes or account. Keep a copy of work you need: some exercises are temporary and the platform is still being tested.
Sources and independence
References identify the sources used for learning. They do not imply sponsorship, partnership or accreditation by the referenced organisations. Read the course guide for coverage and assessment limitations.
Your rights and future enrolment
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law. See the ACCC’s consumer rights guidance.
If paid enrolment is introduced, pricing, access duration, purchase and refund terms, privacy information and a support channel must be provided before checkout is enabled. This test edition does not sign you up for a paid plan.
Questions and test feedback
Use Contact and feedback to submit a course issue, complaint or privacy request. Keep the private report link to check for a response. The optional test feedback worksheet prepares a local draft only; it does not send a message.
